Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site, Monday Friday)
Compensation: $70,000 $90,000 + 10% bonus
Our client, a thriving $1.5B sustainable manufacturing leader, is hiring a Materials Planner & Scheduler for its high-volume Green Bay site. You'll own scheduling for 14 printing presses that support major national enterprise accounts.

What you'll do:
Manage production scheduling across 14 presses, balancing demand, throughput, and operational constraints.
Oversee roll stock film inventory and purchase raw materials to keep production running smoothly.
Partner with Procurement, Maintenance, and Customer Service to improve OTIF and OEE performance.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, scheduling, or manufacturing inventory control
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Venture, DTR, SAP)
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
