SAP Materials PlannerRequired Skills & Experience• Experience using SAP• Ideally familiar with SAP transactions such as MD04, MB51, LS24, ME27, MB21, MB22, and MB23 (Tea code)• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, specifically VLOOKUPs and formulas• Comfortable navigating SharePoint• Familiarity with creating PowerPoint presentations• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills• Strong written and verbal communication• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with multiple teamsHigh School Diploma or aboveNice to Have Skills & Experience• Project management experience• Ability to read and understand multi-level BOMs / Bills of Materials• Experience coordinating inventory or material movement• Ability to clearly communicate inventory movement instructions through email• Manufacturing or production environment experienceStrong SAP knowledgeJob DescriptionThis person will help make sure materials and parts are in the right place when engineering and production teams need them. They'll be coordinating material movement, managing inventory reservations, supporting shipments, working in SAP, and communicating with engineering, production, supply chain, and program teams. This is a good fit for someone coming from materials planning, inventory control, production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics who is comfortable working heavily in SAP and Excel.• Coordinate shipments of engineering-owned materials for new products• Manage the Project Services Fremont mailbox• Manage material reservations for inventory• Coordinate movement and transfers of materials between engineering, inventory locations, labs, warehouses, and the production floor• Work closely with Program/Product Management, Engineering, Production Control, and Supply Chain• Provide ad hoc reporting to the Product Group• Participate in cross-functional meetings and teams• Communicate material or delivery issues that could impact build schedules
