Core Requirements:
- 5+ years of production control, planning, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing production planning, scheduling, inventory, or warehouse operations
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in welding, fabrication, assembly, or make-to-order manufacturing environments
The successful candidate will oversee production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and material flow to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and consistent on-time delivery. This individual will coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service to align customer demand with manufacturing capacity and material availability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules that align customer demand with manufacturing capacity and material availability
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counting, and ERP accuracy to improve inventory performance and working capital
- Direct shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure accurate material handling and on-time delivery
- Coordinate material flow, replenishment, and shortage resolution to maintain production continuity
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements in scheduling, inventory accuracy, and warehouse productivity
