Production Material Handler, ITW Pro BrandsThe Production Material Handler supports production operations by moving materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility. This role is responsible for operating the product loading station, maintaining inventory accuracy, staging finished goods for shipment, and ensuring materials are available where needed to support production.Core ResponsibilitiesOperate the can loading station and monitor finished goods inventoryStage, distribute, and accurately count finished products for shipmentDeliver production materials and supplies to designated work areasMaintain organized stock and storage areasAccurately track inventory by labeling, identifying, and recording material locations; report shortages as neededPull and verify materials and supplies according to production ordersReplenish production areas with materials and supplies to maintain workflowRecord material movements, deliveries, and inventory locationsReturn finished goods and materials to warehouse staging areas, verify quantities, lot numbers, and product codesSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresRead, write, and interpret work-related information and documentationQualifications / RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDMust be able to work in a production environment with exposure to temperature extremes, chemicals, fumes, dust, noise, and vibration for extended periods.Prior manufacturing experience (preferred)Basic inventory control knowledgeBasic math and data entry skillsStrong communication skillsAdaptable to a fast-paced work environment with a focus on continual process improvementAbility to prioritize and complete tasks on timeAbility to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs), manually or with assistive equipmentAbility to stand and/or sit for long periods of timeReliable attendance and punctuality; willing to work overtime as neededITW Pro Brands is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
