Materials HandlerWe are seeking a passionate and capable Materials Handler to join our Supply Chain team. As a member of the Supply Chain group, you will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Laboratory Operations teams to ensure all material needs of the business are met. The primary tasks include receipt, stocking, inventory management, and data entry for materials to support pre-clinical, tox, engineering, and GMP manufacturing activities.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the correct and timely receipt and processing of GMP and non-GMP materials at the warehouse in Louisville, CO.Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse to support manufacturing activities.Oversee Raw Material kitting and transfer.Conduct cycle counting of warehouse inventory and maintain high accuracy.Operate the warehouse according to SOPs and Quality Systems.Essential SkillsMaterial handlingInventory managementERP systemsRaw materials inspectionKitting and transferExperience with NetSuite and point of sale management systemsAt least 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Warehouse roleExperience in a regulated environmentHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteBackground in cGMP, pharma, or biologicsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience operating in a cGMP environmentExperience with SAP or other Inventory management softwareExperience with NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, or other receiving softwareERP and MRP management software experienceAbility to prioritize and re-prioritize quicklyExcellent communication skillsGED or equivalent degreeWork EnvironmentThis position is based in Louisville, CO and requires onsite presence 5 days a week. The environment is fast-paced with high-pressure situations, demanding constant attention to multiple priorities. The warehouse setting includes exposure to storage freezers and walk-in cold rooms.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Louisville, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.78 - $31.85/hr.
