We invite you to explore the current opportunities available at CSAT Solutions.Role and ResponsibilitiesCreates various daily reports to include; reports of shipment to customer sites, materials receipt reports, open customer purchase order reports and variance reportsCompletes comparison of materials data from company system against customer system dataCompletes discrepancy screening of customer materials and contacts customer for closureCompletes data entry of receipts, shipments and inventory adjustments in customer web portalConducts warehouse inventory tracking using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Enters shipment pre-alerts from customers and vendors into WMSCompletes quarantined materials purge requests from customersCommunicates with company and customer contacts through written communication (email and messaging) including program managers and customer buyer/planners to answers questions regarding shipment and receipt informationAssists material handlers and other personnel in the movement of materialsMoves customer materials as needed systematicallyResponsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their departmentMay perform other duties as assignedEducation, Training and SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 2 years of experience in customer service and data manipulation; within a warehouse environment preferredEmail and written messaging with intermediate Excel knowledgeWorking knowledge of warehouse management systems preferredMust be able to work in fast-paced team environment with general supervisionProficient English abilities requiredAbility to follow documented procedures, standards and policiesFamiliarity with continuous improvement methods preferredExcellent time-management skillsWorking Conditions and Essential Abilities & FunctionsWarehouse environment (may not be climate-controlled)Lift/carry up to 20 lbs.Push/pull up to 50 lbs.Stand/walk for 8 hoursFrequent bending, stooping, twisting, and crouchingCSAT Solutions LP is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age or other legally protected status
