SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pmPosition SummaryThe Materials Management Associate II will perform a variety of duties and responsibilities including acting as the primary receiver and material mover.Primary receiverForklift OperatorPull materials for production and delivers to proper departmentCycle countUnloads deliveries and place product in designated areasAccess to HFAResponsible for accurate entry of new inventoryPosition RequirementsAttention to fine detail/ must be detail-orientedAbility to be trained and licensed on a Forklift and other Powered industrial vehiclesData entry into computerRegular lifting of product up to 50lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.Regular maneuvering and position of product using pallet jack or carts up to 2,000 lbs.Requires full shift of standing, walking, carry product, bending and lifting.Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal.Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision.Able to assist in training employeesEnsures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)Experience and Knowledge RequiredHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious Manufacturing Experience preferredBasic math/ability to use calculatorKey Attributes RequiredA self-starting, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual who takes personal accountability and acts in accordance with the Company's ValuesPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
