Job Description
- Create schedules to include On Time to Customer Requirements, line requirements, Red Bin Parts and Past Due orders.
- Escalate / help to resolve supplier deliver issues to Plant. Monitoring inter-plant deliveries.
- Work with shop floor to execute to the planned schedule, managing Safety Stock requirements, adjusting accordingly with shipping plan and supplier Lead‑time.
- Manage Inventory and reconciliation tied to Aged Work in Progress orders, Scrap orders, Basic Finish dates, and Lost parts.
- Key player in site Annual Inventory.
- Contributes to SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations) process.
- Goods receiving and routing of parts.
- Monitor inter‑plant deliveries and indirect plan materials.
- Prepare end unit shipments to customer.
- Drive continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Requires a high school degree and 0‑2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
