Marathon Staffing is hiring Material Sorters to support waste management and recycling operations. In this role, you will inspect, sort, and separate recyclable and non-recyclable materials on a conveyor line, removing contaminants to ensure quality standards. You will load and unload materials, follow safety and cleanliness guidelines, and use basic tools or equipment as needed.
The position requires standing for long periods, repetitive motion, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll work closely with team members and supervisors, follow production targets, and help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area.
