Material Program Manager (MPM) for Raytheon Tomahawk ProgramOnsite at our Tucson, Arizona location, we are looking for a Material Program Manager (MPM) for the Raytheon Tomahawk program. This individual contributor role is a great opportunity for someone who has basic knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process with practical knowledge of project and material management.In this role, you will learn and further develop your knowledge of manufacturing, material requirements planning and business acumen within a matrixed organization. You will develop and execute a material program strategy/plan for a program or integrated product team.The successful candidate will influence others and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of one's own job function as well as with parties external to the organization and company. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, budgeting and financial management; as well as, issue and conflict resolution.What You Will DoEngage with PMO leadership on material strategy executionCoordinate Risk Mitigation and Opportunity capture plans with ProcurementReview and burn down SCM metricsDevelop and drive material EACs and monthly material forecastingCommitment to obtain MPM certification after experience in the roleQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires: A University Degree and minimum of two years of experience within supply chain or four years of equivalent experience within supply chainQualifications We PreferBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel and Power point)Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), leadership abilities, and the ability to work in an IPT environment.Self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives, and able to interface with all levels of internal management, supplier managementAbility to succeed in the high stress, fast paced environment of developmentExcellent time management skills and the ability to assign the appropriate priorities to the many tasks that they will be required to performWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
