Partners Personnel Lakeland is seeking Reach Truck Operators to support various distribution, manufacturing, and warehouse centers across the Lakeland, Auburndale, and Plant City areas.Shift and Pay Information:- Flexible scheduling options: Full-time- Multiple shifts: 3rd shifts available 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour based on the position and experience.Experience Required:- Minimum 1-year recent experience operating one or more types of lifts in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment, including:Warehouse AssociateSit downStand UpReach Truck- Strong communication, organizational, time management, and basic mathematical skills.- Dependable and reliable work ethic.- Additional skills such as inventory management, equipment operation certification, data entry, and computer proficiency may be required.- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Job Responsibilities:- Assist in shipping and receiving tasks by unloading trucks using lift equipment and verifying merchandise.- Prepare orders by processing requests and assembling orders for delivery.- Pick materials, pack boxes, and arrange orders in the designated delivery area.- Organize and maintain inventory by accurately recording items received or distributed using computer systems.- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following proper safety protocols and wearing required safety equipment.- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including manual labor.Physical Demands:- Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50lbs regularly.- Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required.We Offer:- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.Ready to take the next step in your career?
