They will also serve as an integral member of the team working with adhesives and sealants for our circuit-board manufacturing line. In this role you will:Lead the development and optimization of composite manufacturing processes, applying innovative techniques to increase yield and reduce production costs.Design, test, and qualify adhesive and sealant applications for circuit-board assemblies, ensuring reliability and performance across defense programs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including materials, quality, and manufacturing engineering—to integrate process improvements into high-volume production.Analyze process data, identify root-cause defects, and implement corrective actions that drive continuous improvement.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.Support the transfer of new processes from pilot to full-scale manufacturing, coordinating with supply chain and production leadership.You are a results-driven process engineer with deep expertise in composite materials and adhesive/sealant technologies, capable of leading yield-focused development and cost-reduction initiatives while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.In this role you will have the opportunity to shape advanced composite and adhesive processes that directly support mission-critical defense systems and a diverse portfolio of customers.
