So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Job PurposeThe Material Planning Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted production by managing material availability, inventory, and supplier coordination within a manufacturing environment.

This leader drives planning excellence, supports production schedules, and leads a team responsible for ensuring the right materials are delivered to the right place at the right time. This lead will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Material Planning team supporting daily manufacturing operationsSet team priorities aligned with production schedules, customer demand, and supply constraintsPlace and manage purchase orders to ensure material availability within assigned planner scopeMaintain and optimize planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points)Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve delivery issuesProactively identify and resolve material shortages and supply risks to prevent production disruptionsTroubleshoot and escalate issues impacting material flow, supplier performance, or inventory accuracyMonitor and control inventory levels and spend to balance availability and cost efficiencyDrive improvements in planning KPIs and overall material planning performanceSupport onboarding of new parts and suppliers, ensuring smooth integration into production processesExperience RequiredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, and/or related field and experience in lean/continuous improvement4 or more years of proven experience in material planning, production control, or supply chain within a high-volume manufacturing environment, with demonstrated ownership of material flow and availabilityPreferred QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, manufacturing processes, and data-driven decision making to manage complexity and drive resultsDemonstrated leadership capability, including team development and influencing cross-functional partnersPay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
