We push the boundaries of what's possible, soar to new heights and reach for the extraordinary.What awaits you:Customer Management Customer Interface - Primary contact for customersUnderstanding customer forecast/call-offs/JIS processingMonitor customer demand and understand large fluctuationsAdherence to all customer requirements and portal managementCustomer scorecard managementEngineering change co-ordinationProduction schedulingCreate production schedule considering man/machine/materialMaintain target inventory levelsEscalate any deviations to schedule / additional OT requiredIncorporate engineering changes into production scheduleComponent planning through SAP MRP softwareSAP parameter setup and maintenance (lead time, safety stock, etc)Distribution of supplier shipment requirements based on SAP demandsComponent inventory level managementManagement of obsolete partsBOM creation and maintenanceComponent follow upSupplier follow up to ensure shipments made to scheduleCarrier follow up to ensure delivery made to scheduleDevelopment of recovery plans to overcome supply / demand issuesSetting up and follow up of expedited freightMonitoring receiving of componentsIssuing of BCAQs for supplier issuesInventory accuracy monitoring and corrective actionsPerforms other related duties, as assigned.Comply with all OSHA standards and Textron health & safety standards.Comply with all ISO 14001 standards, all TS 16949 standards, and all IATF 16949 standards.What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or supply chain relevant discipline. Deep understanding of logistic processes and trends and coherences.
