Duties include:SAP data entryTeslin raw material inventory management and procurementPackaging supply inventory management and procurementTeslin packaging supply purchasingTeslin railcar management and coordination with local railroadsManagement and coordination of trucking for raw materials, packaging supplies, and other Department suppliesWeekly daily / weekly production updatesMonthly Raw Material ClosingCoordination of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste shipments for the departmentTeslin empty container managementDevelop and update SOP's related to the performance of procurement and management of raw materials and packaging supplies for the department.Additional duties to support safety and operation of the department can include:Support Barberton EHSLT Committee and Subcommittees as requestedSupport HOP process through interactions and Pre-Task BriefsThis position is also expected to learn the Teslin Process sufficiently in order to communicate and support achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) related to Safety, Productivity, Quality, and Delivery. The incumbent will also serve on the Teslin On-Call Rotation. The incumbent will be expected to train on basic supervisory duties related to the safe and efficient operation of the department to cover for Supervisor emergency vacations or outage support, on a limited basis.
