Sewer EquipmentSewer Equipment provides the highest quality and most innovative sewer cleaning products for the municipal and contractor market.Material Planner-JetterThe Material Planner-Jetter is responsible for facilitating the flow of parts into the Jetter and Electrical Departments.Duties/Responsibilities:Analyze usage to set up ROP/ROQ Points and Replenishment Methods on new partsAnalyze history and usage to maintain correct ROP/ROQ Points and Replenishment Methods on current partsScan buy cards into the Kanban database for Jetter and Electrical DepartmentsReview card scans in database and approve or reject based on history and needWork with production floor in expediting needed partsCommunicate with purchasing the need for parts expeditingBreakdown of work order and ordering of work order specific partsMaintain work order packet for upcoming units for completed unitsPerforms other related duties as assignedCreation of unit VIN tagsRequired Skills/Abilities:Experience in a manufacturing environment helpfulUnderstanding of lean manufacturing and 5SProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareStrong communication skills are required to interact with internal customersAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines and follow through on order completionExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independentlyExperience in Power BI, Smartsheet, Sharepoint helpfulEducation and Experience:Manufacturing Experience PreferredPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesMust be able to walk up and down stairs several times a dayCommitments and Location:Permanent Full-Time Role Based in Dixon, ILMonday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pmBenefits:Eligible for Quarterly and Semi-Annual BonusesHealth, Dental & Vision insurance available after 60 days of employmentCompany paid Life, Short, & Long-Term Disability Insurance401k with company match after one year of employmentPaid time off and holidays
