Job TitleJob Overview:Pay Range: $31hr - $42hrRequirement/Must Have:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain (Procurement), Finance, or Engineering from an accredited institution.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a construction, manufacturing, or procurement.Responsibilities:Reconciles Technical Services invoicing and processing payments to the accounting department.Collaborates with team members to conduct wire transfers for various projects as needed.Works with the Trade Compliance Team on import/export questions and resolves any issues.Tracks shipments and assists with any questions to ensure materials clear at border crossing.Arranges transportation logistics (traditional and expedited) for domestic and international shipments.Prepares the necessary paperwork for expedited/tracked shipments.Provides overall support for Project Managers with import/export set-up and tracking of transportation.Other duties as assigned.Nice to Have:Procurement experience with working knowledge of Construction Materials, MRP, ERP (JD Client preferred).Professional certifications (CPM, APICS, P.E.) a benefit.Skills:Strong attention to detail and project management skills.Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process and workflows.Ability to work collaboratively with others while ensuring results to meet deadlines.Effective, clear and concise communication skills.Negotiation and influencing skills.Strong computer skills.JDEdwards experience is preferred.
