Material Operations ManagerLead and manage field Supply Chain operations across multiple locations, including storerooms, delivery operations, and inventory management. Ensure effective execution of material flow, customer service, and supply chain integrity while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards. Serve as a regional leader supporting field operations, outage response, and storeroom readiness.Essential Responsibilities:Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day material operations, including storeroom performance, inventory practices, and logistics coordination.
Ensure material availability for capital and O&M work plans, collaborating with field leadership and Sourcing teamsTeam and Workforce Development: Supervise and develop a team of supervisors, union personnel, and logistics staff across multiple sites. Promote a culture of safety, performance accountability, and skill-building.Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for field operations, contractors, and engineering partners. Provide transparency into material readiness, storeroom metrics, and delivery status.Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Maintain compliance with SOX, FERC, and audit requirements.
Lead improvement projects that enhance service, reduce cost, or improve inventory accuracy.
