Job PostingRate of pay: $19/hrShifts- 6 to 6 (Rotating)2 departments: Film and Chemical.Film DepartmentSummary of job description-Verify necessary supplies are available for your shiftOrder supplies as neededInspect materials for packagingPackage material per customer specification on racks or in boxes, this includes banding and angle boards.Print labels for materials to be packagedMove material with PIV to appropriate locations throughout facilityMust be computer proficient to operate multiple systems and databases:To retrieve information such as standard operating procedures, customer specs, packing standards, training verification and assessmentsFor inventory accuracy, such as locating materials and packing supply adjustmentsElectronically locate material using handheld scanner or PCInput shift notes throughout shiftPerform location audit to verify supplies and materials are located properlyOperate various PIVs; primarily stand-up fork lift and tugger/tow motorOperate hoists and other overhead cranes used for material movementMaintain area cleanlinessOther duties as assignedChemical DepartmentOrder supplies as neededInspect materials for packagingPackage material per customer specification on racks or in boxes, this includes banding and angle boards.Move material with PIV to appropriate locations throughout facilityPackage material per customer specification per standard operating procedures, customer specsOperate various PIVs; stand-up fork lift and sit-down fork liftOperate hoists and other overhead cranes used for material movementMaintain area cleanlinessOther duties as assignedTVTC conducts the training for some of the items for this location.
