Material Handler (Shipping Dock Focus)We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our shipping team. While the title reflects general material handling duties, this role is primarily focused on loading trucks and supporting outbound shipments. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position critical to ensuring products are shipped accurately, safely, and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and secure finished products onto box trucks and trailers for outbound shipmentsVerify order accuracy, including quantities and product specifications, prior to shipmentStage completed orders to support efficient loading and shipping flowAssist with general material movement to maintain smooth dock operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on the shipping dockFollow instructions and adhere to all safety and operational proceduresQualifications & RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basisComfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyReliable, punctual, and team-orientedPrior warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeSchedule & CompensationPay: $15.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PMAdditional hours: Partial overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed based on shipping volumeNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
