Position is 6 months from Start Date with possible extensions.Job SummaryThe Material Handler II is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely movement of materials to support manufacturing and operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform physical and system-based material movementsGenerate and receive work orders using ERP systemsMaintain accurate inventory and perform cycle countsEnsure timely flow of materials across manufacturing and assemblyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teamsHandle chemicals (e.g., isopropyl alcohol, sulfuric acid) with proper trainingSupport overtime requirements based on business needsEnsure compliance with FDA regulations, QMS, EMS, and company policiesCommunicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholdersPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 1 year of inventory control experience (preferably in pharma, medical device, or regulated environment)Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred)Basic understanding of inventory management processesAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentHigh school diploma or GED requiredInterview Process2 Virtual Interviews (Microsoft Teams) Round 1: 2 Team LeadsRound 2: Hiring ManagerKeywords: Material Handler, Inventory, cycle counting, SAP, Material #TB_ PH #ZRHCWhy TalentBurst?
