The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a manufacturing environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production lines to support manufacturing operations.Load and prepare outgoing shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.Maintain inventory accuracy through material movements, cycle counts, and inventory transactions.Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored in designated locations.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies.Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to meet daily production goals.Assist with other warehouse or production-related duties as assigned.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Shipping & Receiving Associate, or in a manufacturing environment preferred.Forklift experience is a plus but not required.Ability to accurately read work orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.Basic computer or inventory system experience is preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed.Background check required.
