Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccurately fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing shipmentsReceive, inspect, document, and process incoming materials and outgoing shipmentsMaintain inventory records and track inventory levels using Excel and MRP/ERP systemsCommunicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, and shipping issuesCoordinate and perform local deliveries to customer sitesProcess domestic and international shipments, including required shipping documentationOperate pallet jacks and lifting equipment to safely move materials throughout the warehouseSupport daily warehouse and logistics operations in a small team environmentRequirementsMinimum 1 year of shipping and receiving experienceExperience managing inventory within a warehouse environmentProficiency with MRP or ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skillsAbility to accurately manage incoming and outgoing shipmentsStrong written communication skills for customer and internal correspondenceAbility to safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipmentAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsPreferencesExperience with international shipping and export documentationPrevious experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse liftsComfortable learning new technology and inventory systemsReliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsPhysical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
