Warehouse Shipment SpecialistReports To: Materials SupervisorPrimary Duties:Responsible for correct and timely shipment to customersEntering data in SAP, and shipping spreadsheetsProperly recording RAW material location in "Block Location Sheet"Keep record of issues and receipts and reconcile with production paperwork, and investigate and resolve differencesResponsible for load and unload of trucks in a safe and timely mannerEnsure FIFO when putting material awayResponsible for pulling and preparing loads for shipmentRotating stock per FIFO and other customer requirementsComplete required paperwork and ASN's accurately and in a timely mannerResponsible for cycle counts on weekly bases, of materialsInvestigating cycle count discrepanciesResponsible for shipments loaded properly according customer demand and pick list. Must be able to read packing slips and identify parts from the paperwork.Responsible organization and cleanliness of the work areaResponsible for rack organization, rack supply, and removing paper from totesResponsible for dunnage organization and shipping dunnageTrain and encourage others in order to achieve team goalsSupport safety, health, and environmental rules and lead by exampleAll other duties as assignedQualifications Desired:Safety and goal orientedPrior work experience in shipping, store room, receiving and warehouse environmentMicrosoft Office experience highly preferredSelf-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledgeable in SOPs and IATF requirementsQualifications Required:Current fork truck certification with NSG Group (will complete prior to operating)Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, push, pull, carry, lift, squat, kneel and/or twistLooking for:- First Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm. Starting rate: $21.45- Second Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm.
