Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment, while following policies, procedures and safety regulations.Job Core ResponsibilitiesReceives, stocks, and disburses parts or materials, loads or unloads trucks, and disburses parts, materials and supplies to other team members as requiredUnpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoicesMaintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory itemsExamines stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing linesPrepares and maintains records of merchandise shippedDemonstrates all safety policies and proceduresPrepares finished stock shipment by identifying, posting weights, packing, crating, loading, and securing productPosts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipmentDemonstrates all safety policies and proceduresJob SpecificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent experience Years Experience: 0-2 years or more of relevant experience Skills:Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and proceduresAbility to research and analyze data effectivelyAbility to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reportsGood verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service orientationWell-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-taskAbility to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlinesStrong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-browsersPlease note that the salary range information is only applicable for California.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations.
