Material Handler

Material HandlerThe materials handler is an important part of the project delivery team. Primary responsibilities include receiving construction materials, managing site inventory, and delivering construction materials to trades people on the project. Must direct the physical count and inspect arriving material.

This role will review receiving documentation and invoices and review packing lists and bills of loading for completeness and accuracy. Ensure that material is stored in accordance with the project storage plan and that the location of material in storage is properly recorded. Handler must deliver construction materials from inventory to the installation point of use.

Must manage and distribute tools from inventory to trades people.
