Warehouse AssociateK & S is one of the largest and fastest growing tire recyclers in the Midwest. We are looking for reliable, motivated tire handlers to join our team. This position will contribute to the warehouse team and help ensure goals are met safely and efficiently while conforming to all company policies.
K&S offers performance incentives and competitive compensation.The Warehouse Crew will process wheels and tires in a safe manner by loading and unloading trucks with product. Also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse for our customers to safely access a wide selection of tires and satisfy environmental requirements by maintaining a clean and safe outside work area.Responsibilities:Manually load and unload tires onto and off of trucks and/or conveyer beltLift and manually stack tires into trucks, trailers, or the warehouseLift, bend, squat 25 - 50 pounds throughout the dayUtilize proper tire stacking procedures to ensure tires are stacked in a safe, secure and stable manner.Properly sort tires before loading or unloading under the direction of the General ManagerGrade tires effectively and efficientlyUtilize appropriate knowledge of tires and tire safetyAccurately provide tire countsPay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy of informationQualifications:Lift, bend, squat 25 - 50 pounds throughout the dayPrevious automotive experience preferredHigh school diploma preferred, but not requiredBenefits:Monthly incentivesHealth/Dental benefits available after 90 days of employmentGreat opportunities for advancement and growth
