Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possibility of extension conversion to full time based upon performance
Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM but can change to 10 AM start.

Summary:
- Work as an integral part of the production team to ensure smooth operations and efficient output.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform various tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operations, as necessary.
- Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Adherence to Environmental Health and Safety standards including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by job assignment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Physical work includes frequently pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, lifting, standing, repetitive motions, etc.
- Lifting objects at various load levels.
- Use of tooling that requires specialized training.
- Ability to operate and obtain Lucid certification for industry standard MH equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new environments.
- Comfortable learning innovative technology.
- Flexibility to support any shift including day, afternoon, night, weekend and swing shifts, as needed. Holiday work may be required.
- Punctuality and attendance are paramount.
- Ability to follow a standardized sequence of steps in a process repetitively for a long time.
