We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.MissionProduce high quality, cost efficient productsMaintain necessary production rate (KOSU) to meet shipping schedules (MPS)Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding environmental, occupational safety and healthAbility to define specifications and to master shop floor Information System of VPS & manufacturing process (Manufacturing Execution System, Logistic Execution System...) to translate them into specifications and procedures and calculate manufacturing performance indicators (TRS, TRP, 7 losses pareto...).ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to V5000, TS16949, V1000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 standards using QRQC methodology (All functions), On the Job Training (OJT) of peers and Stop Scrap procedures (related to all manufacturing) where applicable.Obtain Valeo certification to safely operate fork trucks.Remove full finish goods containers from production areas and replace with empty finish goods containers.Operators must be able to work overtime without / limited notice for coverage of call-ins.Operators have to perform safety checks on equipment at the start of their shift.Cell phones are not allowed to be used while operating powered equipment.Operators must understand that they are a support function to the production lines.
