Warehouse Material Handler1st shift Mon-Friday, 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM; some half shifts on SaturdaysResponsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the warehouse or production facility. Ensures accurate inventory control and timely delivery of materials to support production and shipping schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipmentPick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to work orders or pick listsReceive incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips/purchase orders, and inspect for damageAccurately label, sort, and store materials in designated locationsMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual logsConduct regular cycle counts and report discrepanciesTransport materials between departments or workstations to support production flowPerform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issuesFollow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE useQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrior warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 75 lbs occasionally)Basic math and reading skills for order accuracyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, standing/walking for extended periodsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, depending on facility needsWarehouse or production floor setting; may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and machinery.
