Material Handler, Service DeliveryAs a Material Handler, Service Delivery you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and processing hazardous and nonhazardous waste materials at a service center with supervision.Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and consistently maintaining safe practicesLoads, unloads and processes solid and liquid waste safely in accordance with Company, Federal, State and Local rules and regulationsPerforms basic spill cleanup and housekeeping duties as directedPerform chemical compatibility checks to prevent reactions and other issuesUtilizes barcode system equipment to document certain inventory activitiesUtilizes knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT, OSHA and permit regulationsUtilizes appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed including boots, gloves, suits, eye/ear protection and a respiratorTakes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organizationBe willing to work two Saturdays per month when neededEducation- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)Experience1+ years of related experience (required)Benefits, Compensation & Workforce DiversityArcwood offers stability you can count on and opportunities to grow.
