This includes managing all outbound domestic and international shipments, receiving incoming materials, and maintaining accurate inventory control.
The role ensures finished products and materials are properly inspected, documented, and packaged to arrive at the customer's facility in new condition and ready for use, while supporting production and inventory flow throughout the facility.Detailed Description:Kit stockroom materials per production work order bills of materialIssue and receive inventory following established processes and handling proceduresAccurately identify, count, transport, and package materials for storage or production useReplenish production floor Kanban materials as neededProcess completed work orders and receive finished goods into inventoryMaintain accurate inventory and stock recordsStore materials in an orderly and accessible manner in bins, on shelves, or designated warehouse locationsMonitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions or notify buyers as requiredExecute all inventory?related ERP transactionsReceive and sign for incoming deliveriesAudit received materials for correct part markings, quantities, revisions, purchase order numbers, delivery dates, and packagingIdentify, document, and communicate discrepancies or delivery deviationsProcess receipts based on communicated prioritiesStock received materials in designated locationsOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment as requiredPrepare and generate customer packing lists and all required shipping documentationPack finished goods and materials for shipmentPerform final inspection and verification of products and shipping documentationEnsure all shipments comply with company export policies, international trade regulations, and applicable lawsCoordinate with Production to stage finished goods for shipmentWork with Production Planners and Sales Administrators to meet customer shipping schedules and requirementsExecute all shipping?related ERP transactionsProcess international shipments including required export documentationEnsure compliance with U.S. export regulations and customer?specific international shipping requirementsCoordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders as requiredRequirements:High School Diploma, or EquivalentExperience in shipping, receiving, and stockroom or warehouse operationsInternational shipping and export compliance experience requiredFamiliarity with ERP systems and inventory transactionsAbility to operate forklifts and material?handling equipmentAbility to work effectively in a production/manufacturing environmentSalary Range:The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
