Material Handler (Line Side Replenishment)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for pulling parts from the main storage area and delivering them to production lines in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Candidates must have previous reach truck and order picker experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Pull and stage materials, parts, and products from warehouse storage locations.
• Transport inventory and components to designated production lines.
• Operate reach trucks and order pickers safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory movements and material replenishment as needed.
• Accurately scan, track, and document inventory transactions.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations before delivery.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within warehouse and production areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck and Order Picker is required.
• Prior warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, pick lists, and inventory documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Schedule

• 7:00am - 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

Pay

• $20/hr
• Competitive pay based on experience

This position is ideal for individuals with forklift, reach truck, and order picker experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while supporting production operations.
