Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or material handling experience preferred
- Cherry picker and pallet jack experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
- Must be comfortable working at heights and operating stand-up man lifts
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to follow warehouse procedures and scanning processes
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime and remain until daily work is completed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pick, package, kit, assemble, and stage furniture orders for delivery
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
- Operate cherry pickers and walkie pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Perform accurate scanning and inventory transactions
- Inspect products and packaging for damage or discrepancies
- Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed
- Assist with training team members on warehouse procedures
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards
- Help secure the facility and complete end-of-shift responsibilities
- Participate in team initiatives to improve warehouse operations and efficiency
