Manufacturing & Warehouse Operator 1st ShiftWe are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented individual for a blended manufacturing and warehouse role. This position involves operating machinery, performing quality checks, handling inventory, and operating forklifts. You’ll support multiple departments and help keep operations running smoothly.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Use gauges, jigs, and measuring devices to inspect productsPerform simple equipment setups and operate machineryMove materials and load/unload trucks using a forkliftAssist with maintenance tasks and perform routine equipment checksComplete forklift inspections and safety documentationSupport shipping/receiving functions and inventory countsSupply materials to manufacturing and assembly areasPrepare WIP and finished goods for transport (e.g., wrapping and strapping)Transport WIP, scrap, and non-conforming materials to appropriate areasMaintain accurate production and quality recordsKeep manufacturing and storage areas clean using 5S standardsPerform all tasks with a strong focus on quality and safetyPay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills/Qualifications:Prior forklift or PIT experience preferredBasic mechanical and measuring skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shiftAttention to detail, quality, and safetyStrong attendance and work ethicWillingness to cross-train and support multiple departmentsLooking for a long-term opportunity with a stable schedule and a hands-on role?
