Compensation/Shift/Benefits offered of General Shop Helper:1st shift: $22.27 per hourMon- Friday 7am-3:30pmPaid Weekly on FridaysBenefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO.Responsibilities of General Shop Helper:Perform manual material handling and production support across manufacturing and service departments.Assist Machine Operators with machine setup and production tasks as directed.Handle, transport, and organize raw materials, parts, supplies, tools, fixtures, dies, and equipment.Load and unload trucks; count, weigh, transport, and store materials in designated areas.Load and unload materials from conveyors, racks, containers, and processing equipment.Deliver materials and parts to manufacturing departments as needed.Clean and prepare materials for production.Follow standardized work methods, safety procedures, and department guidelines.Requirements of General Shop Helper:Must be able to walk, push, and pull for the duration of your shiftAbility to follow directionsAbility to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movementsAbility to lift up to 25-50 lbs consistentlyReliable attendance and ability to report to work on time
