Tempt-To-Hire PositionThe selected candidate will work for the company through an employment agency.Duties & Responsibilities:Basic knowledge of the material drying temperature and time.Knows the different types of plastics material used on the machines.Knows and understands the different types of loading systems & the proper way of operating each one.Knows how to operate all mixing machines & mixes all materials by hand or machine.Knows how to use and properly set all material drying & grinding equipment.Keeps all machines properly supplied with material to avoid run out.Performs cleaning routine at the end of the shift.Perform any other assignments given by Production Manager.Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:High school diploma or equivalent qualification.Basic understanding of the English language.Ability to do basic math such as add, subtract, divide and multiply.Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal & written instructions.Able to lift at least 55 lbs., and good hand-eye coordinationIQMS (Preferred)
