Warehouse / Logistics AssociateWe're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse / Logistics Associate to support critical inventory and shipping operations in a regulated environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring materials and finished goods are accurately received, tracked, and shipped—helping maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.Position Overview: Under direct supervision ensures the security, tracking, and accountability of materials and goods required for inventory control. Makes certain that shipment transactions are promptly entered into ERP and Rate Shopping Application in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures.
Follows through on all material movements to guarantee they are handled in accordance with cGMP procedures. Must be able to work occasional weekends on a rotating basis when required.Responsibilities:Receive raw material and finished goods components, verify items against the record of shipment, and label components for in-house use as necessary.Gathers, verifies and palletizes items for shipment according to specifications.Load and coordinate shipment of finished goods for sterilization.Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.Pull and pack materials.Prepare shipping documents if necessary.Perform general duties including ERP processing, housekeeping, stocking, safety, and maintenance.Will participate in cycle counts when required put in allPerforms other duties as required.Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience in Distribution, Receiving, or Manufacturing Support in regulated industry preferred but not required.Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred.Proficient in business environment software applications - MS Office.Must be able to obtain forklift certification for stand-up forklift and power operated equipment.Must be extremely service, internal customer, and detail oriented.Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Highly motivated, proactive problem solver, and a self-starter that can work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.Must be able to follow ergonomic lifting techniques.Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret warehouse racking layout schemes.Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.Must be proficient in English language to read and follow documentation, training materials and communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs.Stand for extended periods.Perform repetitive tasks.Must be able to safely operate electric and manual pallet jacks and forklift.NOTE: This position requires on-site working (requires on-site office/plant/lab work).
