Material Handler (Night Shift)Accredo Packaging is seeking a qualified Material Handler (Night Shift). This position is in Sugar Land, TX and will report to the Warehouse Manager.The Material Handler is responsible for processing materials requests in a safe and efficient manner to ensure that production has the materials needed to fulfill customer orders.Hourly Rate: $17.00 an hour. $2.00 shift differential when work nights.Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Complies with established safety policies and procedures and other regulations as applicable.Processes material requests/returns.Scans movements.Pulls/stores material by operating a narrow aisle truck (swing reach/turret stock picker).Transports material by operating a forklift.Conducts inventory.Cleans and ensures the department is maintained in an orderly fashion.Performs other related duties as assigned.The ideal candidate shall possess the following:High School Diploma or GED required.Basic computer skills.
Experience with web-based software and ERP systems required.Ability to read, write and speak in the English language to the extent necessary to effectively communicate and interpret instructions.Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment required.Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs.
