This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager and is fully on-site. The ideal candidate will support warehouse and manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate material handling, inventory control, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify accuracy, quantity, and quality of incoming deliveriesLabel and properly store all materials and productsIdentify, locate, and distribute parts and materials throughout the warehouse and manufacturing floorMaintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle countsComplete technical documentation for all returned materialsPerform Oracle transactions for all inbound and outbound materialsConduct routine inspections of material handling equipmentCollaborate with internal teams to resolve missing, incorrect, or damaged shipmentsMove waste from manufacturing and warehouse areas to designated disposal locationsAssist with developing and improving warehouse procedures to increase efficiencyTrain new employees using standard job instructionsFollow all standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and PPE guidelinesMaintain 5S and general housekeeping standards in warehouse and yard areasSkills and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience preferredExperience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stack lifters preferredBasic computer skills requiredExperience with Oracle preferredBasic math and hand tool skillsKnowledge of warehouse equipment and Lean Manufacturing systemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work effectively with all levels of the organizationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationshipsUnderstanding of manufacturing products and equipment preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, walk, and stand for extended periods (up to 2 hours consecutively)Ability to safely operate material handling equipmentAbout ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson WellsManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
