Material Handler

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse / Material Handler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble modular structures and industrial solutions using aluminum profile systems, ensuring high quality, precision, and efficiency from engineering drawings through final production.
Key Responsibilities

• Assembly & Fabrication: Build industrial structures using aluminum profiles according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specific project instructions.
  
• Machining Operations: Perform drilling, tapping, boring, countersinking, and related mechanical tasks.
  
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and digital blueprints utilizing the metric system.
  
• Quality Assurance: Conduct final assembly checks and make necessary adjustments to fix defects prior to quality control sign-off.
  
• CAD/Digital File Management: View and manage digital drawings using 3D PDFs or CAD viewers.
  
• Engineering Collaboration: Communicate directly with engineering teams to review design concepts and resolve assembly questions.
  
• Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain clear production journals, keep assigned work areas clean and organized, and complete related tasks as assigned.
  
• Field Support (As Needed): Assist with installation, repair, inspection, or adjustment of solutions either on-site or at customer locations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  
• Metric System Proficiency: Knowledge of metric measurements is required.
  
• Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in metalwork, mechanical assembly, or modular framing/building kit systems (e.g., aluminum structural framing or tube & joint systems) is a strong plus.
  
• Work Style: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
