We are looking to add a Material Handler to our Warehouse Receiving Team. If you have at least one year of safe forklift operation in an industrial, farm, or similar environment—we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do:Unload and stage inbound material for inspectionDocument and report any inbound material damageSupport inspection and receiving tasks as neededCollect and sort small packages for designated receiving areasPut materials away in designated stocking locationsComplete spot checks and cycle counts of inventoryFulfill pick-to-ship and cutback material requestsHelp organize and improve warehouse layoutUse FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to rotate productsAlways follow safety practices and Lynden Door safety policiesPerform additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:Motivated problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team environmentConfident operator with strong attention to safetyAble to read and follow instructions effectivelyOrganized and self-directed with a positive attitudePrior forklift or vehicle operation experience (industrial, farm, or similar)Physical & Work RequirementsAbility to stand 8–9 hours per shiftAble to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repetitively; occasional 70–90 lbs with assistanceAbility to operate a forklift safely, including reverse operation using line of sightCompensation & Benefits: - Wage: $21.00 - $23.50 (based on experience) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions - 401(k) with company profit-sharing (401k eligible after 90 days; profit share after 1 year) - 8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days) - Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrues at 2 weeks/year to start (eligible after 90 days) - Career development and advancement opportunities Why Join Lynden Door?
