Material Handler / Logistics CoordinatorWe are seeking a hands-on Material Handler / Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse and/or cleanroom operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Norwalk, CT. This role coordinates material handlers, supports operational flow, and works closely with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Pay depends on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily logistics and operational activities for assigned shiftsCreate staffing plans to meet production and operational demandsIdentify and resolve workflow disruptions, inventory issues, and system errorsCommunicate priorities to shop floor employees and support junior team membersMonitor operational flow and adjust resources to prevent bottlenecksSupport quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiativesAssist with onboarding, training, and development of team membersParticipate in departmental projects and process improvement effortsAct as backup/delegate for Team Lead when neededQualificationsSecondary vocational education Level 3 or 4 preferredStrong experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operationsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented with flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesExperience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or operational improvement is a plusWork EnvironmentManufacturing warehouse and/or cleanroom environmentActive, hands-on operational role working closely with shop floor teamsHamilton Connections is an affirmative action-equal opportunity employer.
