Schedules Available:
  • 2nd Shift | 4 PM - 12:30 AM + OT as needed every other Sunday
  • Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 12:30 AM | Saturdays as needed
  • Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 2:30 PM | Saturdays as needed
  • Monday-Friday | 5 AM - 3 PM | Overtime Required
  • Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Overtime required

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing training is a plus.
  • Ability to read work instructions, inventory documents, shipping paperwork, and warehouse procedures.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required; sit-down and stand-up forklift experience preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners, inventory systems, cycle counting, shipping, receiving, and material handling preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or production experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and warehouse best practices is a plus.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable operating forklifts and working around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments while following safety procedures.
  • Must wear closed-toe shoes and required PPE.
Job Duties
  • Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, store, and transport materials safely.
  • Pick, pack, repack, label, stage, and prepare raw materials and finished goods for production and shipment.
  • Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track materials and fulfill orders accurately.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Support shipping and receiving activities, including documentation, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipment processing.
  • Assist production teams with material replenishment, machine operator support, and assembly activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse through 5S activities and environmental initiatives.
  • Follow all safety, quality, ISO, and company procedures while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
