Warehouse Receiving SpecialistAccurate physical receiving of materials/products to maintain the integrity of inventory control and ensures delivery of materials/products to the proper department.Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 6pm-4am.Responsibilities:Receives product deliveriesEnsures purchase order number is on all paperworkRecords and checks the quantity and quality of good receivedInspect, accept, or reject inbound shipmentsCommunicates and coordinates with the appropriate buyer for product returns/repairProperly inputs received material into the computer systemDelivers product to appropriate internal personnelAssists in other departments as neededPerform cycle counts regularlyMaintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulationsMaintains job-related confidentialityUnderstands and adheres to organizational and department policy and proceduresRequirements:Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to operate with a sense of teamworkAbility to always conducts himself/herself in a professional mannerComputer literateEnglish is a must to be able to communicate with Account ManagersWarehouse experience is requiredWork Environment/Physical Demands:Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours & walk 6-8 hoursLift up to 50lbsIntermittent bending up to 3 hoursShifts:Monday - Friday 10PM-6AM
