Material Handler
The Material Handler supports production by preparing, organizing, moving, and inspecting materials while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities

• Operate hand and pneumatic tools to prepare materials for finishing.
  
• Palletize, band, sort, organize, and count materials by style and color.
  
• Load and unload materials in production areas.
  
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
  
• Perform basic repairs on defective items.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to safely operate hand and pneumatic tools.
  
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time
  
• Pay Rate is $17+ per hour, based on experience
  
• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday,4:30am - 1pm Friday, 6:30am - 3pm
  
• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
  
• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
  
• Temp-To-Hire
  
• Benefits after Probation period
