Job Summary:
Responsible to support the production process by keeping production flowing by moving product, obtaining inventory and assisting operators wherever necessary to keep them producing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to support production lines as needed.
- Ability to ensure orderly production and distribution of products throughout the production areas from the start to the finished process.
- Must be able to pull orders from inventory and deliver materials and supplies where needed and identify that all items are available for production operators.
- Must be organized and able to keep work areas clean.
- Must be flexible to be able to perform any additional tasks or assignments requested by your supervisor to support production.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to effectively communicate with other employees.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions.
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail and keep the line moving.
- Ability to operate hand-truck or move items throughout the production areas.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs individually; up to 50lbs with assistance.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time throughout the day.
- Must be able to push, pull and twist to maneuver product through the production stages.
- Must be able to assist operators as necessary.
- Must be able to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of this job.
