This role combines computer-based administrative work with warehouse support in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Process shipping, inventory, and logistics transactions accurately. Maintain shipping schedules, inventory records, and logistics documentation.
Perform high-volume data entry using Excel, Outlook, and SAP. Coordinate with warehouse teams and other departments to ensure timely shipments. Support warehouse and shipping operations as needed. Accommodate overtime, quarter-end workload spikes, and occasional weekend work.Required Qualifications: 2+ years of shipping/logistics experience preferred.
Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a warehouse/shipping environment.
Flexibility to work extended hours and occasional weekends.Preferred: SAP experience, inventory transactions, shipping schedules, and logistics documentation.
