Cordenpharma Job PositionThis position is responsible for assisting with the safe distribution and storing of materials, parts, and equipment at Corden Pharma Colorado, while progressively learning job functions. Follows SOPs and established departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for moving raw materials, intermediates, finished products, inventory transactions and for performing cycle counts in SAP. Coordinates the delivery of material to the production areas/laboratories as required. Supports the general infrastructure of the plant-site and performs general warehouse activities including the removal of waste by performing the following duties.This is a 24/7 operation.
Position is required to work days/ nights/ weekends/ holidays based on business needs.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPerforms accurate electronic/paper data entry for the movement, reconciliation, receipt, shipping, and labeling of materials. Responsible for accurate inventory transactions and cycle counting in SAPReads, comprehends and exhibits understanding by following safety rules and the importance of wearing PPE properlyComplies with all departmental and company procedures and local, state, and federal regulations with respect to Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental policiesAttends and adheres to all required GMP training sessions housekeeping and safety practices and displays an understanding of current Corden GMP, and SOPsDrives forklift and controls movement of lifting apparatus in deliveries of raw materials and analytical solvents to Production and laboratories. Responsible for fork truck maintenance activitiesResponsible for receiving, handling, and delivering all essential raw materials to and from Manufacturing, as requiredMaintains inventory control including proper storage of chemicals and manufacturing materials for safety and shelf-life, ensuring that appropriate paperwork is properly completed and filedDemonstrates the ability to detect and respond to potential hazards and emergency situations in daily operationsTrained in SAP material movement and tracking protocols and performs timely SAP System transactions to ensure inventory accuracyCoordinates warehouse dock, unloading and loading trucks, MRs, and Incident Reporting as needed. Informs Purchasing of damaged goods, late deliveries, and missing back-ordered itemsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
