Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The schedule for this role is 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm with overtime on a business need basis.What You Will Do:Put away, pick, kit, pack, and issue material to and from stock with high accuracy.Transfer incoming stock from receiving or other warehouse locations into bin locations.Pick and kit materials for production, delivery orders, and transfer orders.Transact material movements using SAP/MRP/WMS, handheld scanners, and PCs.Operate vertical lift modules, carousels, and other storage/retrieval systems.Perform cycle counting, verify inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.Apply correct FIFO, serialized, and lot/batch management methods.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following 5S standards.Maintain work orders and release all required work instructions, BOMs, and schematics to the production floor.Expedite parts and assemblies between production areas to support schedule adherence.Stay up to date on all material shortages throughout their lifecycle and take necessary action.Ensure production floor needs (replacement hardware, floor stock, etc.) are met promptly.Coordinate support between Production Control and Engineering to resolve issues.Follow and audit the physical flow of materials to ensure schedule conformance.Report problems and drive corrective actions as needed.Track inventory, place replenishment orders, and maintain stock levels based on planned needs.Track WIP hardware location and progress to ensure alignment with schedule commitments.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Experience in material handling, warehouse, planning, production control, or a related operational role.Basic computer skills, including SAP or other MRP systems, email, and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to meet physical requirements associated with material handling.What We Offer:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceThree weeks of vacation for newly hired employeesGenerous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds and separate employer retirement contribution, including a Lifetime Income Strategy optionTuition reimbursement programStudent Loan Repayment ProgramLife insurance and disability coverageOptional coverages you can buy: pet insurance, home and auto insurance, additional life and accident insurance,?critical illness?insurance, group legal, ID theft protectionBirth, adoption, parental leave benefitsOvia Health, fertility, and family planningAdoption AssistanceAutism BenefitEmployee Assistance Plan, including up to 10 free counseling sessionsHealthy You Incentives, wellness rewards programDoctor on Demand, virtual doctor visitsBright Horizons, child and elder care servicesTeladoc Medical Experts, second opinion programAnd more!Learn More & Apply Now!Do you want to be a part of something bigger?
